Polar Star School is based in Jiangxi, China — backed by Nancheng's mature school furniture manufacturing base. Nancheng County has been recognized across China for decades of school desk, chair, and dormitory furniture production. Workshops in the area specialize in steel-frame fabrication, surface treatment, board processing, assembly, and export packing.

Our supply chain includes experienced manufacturers for classroom furniture, dormitory furniture, auditorium seating, and education equipment — so a single order can combine multiple categories without juggling separate suppliers.

Production Flow

1. 1. Material sourcing — Steel tube, MDF / HPL boards, plastic edge banding, fasteners.
2. 2. Frame fabrication — Cutting, bending, welding of steel tube frames.
3. 3. Surface treatment — Phosphating + powder coating for rust resistance.
4. 4. Desktop / board production — MDF / HPL boards cut, sealed, edge-banded.
5. 5. Pre-assembly & QC — Trial-fitting, defect inspection, marking.
6. 6. Knock-down packing — Parts packed flat with foam protection in export cartons.
7. 7. Container loading — Stacked to maximize 20ft / 40ft / 40HQ container capacity.

Quality Control

Before container loading, we coordinate basic checks on:

• • Frame welding integrity and powder coating uniformity
• • Desktop / board surface (no scratches, edge banding adhesion)
• • Assembly hardware completeness
• • Carton condition and labeling accuracy
• • Quantity verification against the packing list

For larger projects, we are happy to arrange independent third-party inspection (SGS, BV, etc.) on a per-order basis. Inspection cost is typically borne by the buyer.

Factory Visit Support

We are based in Jiangxi, China. If you are visiting China and want to see production in person, we can arrange a factory visit at the workshop producing your order — much better than only seeing rendered photos and catalogues. Reach out before your trip so we can coordinate the schedule with the workshop.

Multi-Workshop Supply Chain

Our supply chain is supported by multiple specialized workshops in Nancheng's school furniture production base. This gives us flexibility on item mix and pricing, and lets us route specialized items — lab tables, dormitory furniture, auditorium seating — to the workshop best suited for that product. A single order can combine classroom, dormitory, and lab items without juggling separate suppliers.
